WorkBuzz coordinates the Best Franchise Programme and Awards, sponsored by Lloyds Bank, which over 200 franchise have participated in. These help franchisors to:
• Gather objective feedback from their franchisees
• Benchmark their franchisee support against industry standards
• Improve franchisee relations and network performance
• Differentiate their franchise from the competition
How It Works
Running the franchise satisfaction survey really helps us to understand the needs of the network as well as what is working well. We use it to help us build our 12-month business plan and giving the franchise network an opportunity to feedback in this format really cements our partnership with them.
