What We Do.
Our specialist Franchising team provides legal guidance and support for both franchisors and franchisees. We work closely with our franchise clients to create a strong foundation for their franchise business, support them to protect their brand & assets, expand and grow, and to prevent and solve problems as they arise.
What We Offer.
We provide fully rounded franchising support, including brand protection, drafting and reviewing franchise agreements, and buying and selling established franchises. We also assist with strategic goals such as franchise network expansion, master licence agreements, and multi-unit franchisees. We are also on hand to help resolve disputes as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
