After years of research and development, Hanjuku Kobo has created brand new recipes that combine high-quality Hokkaido cream cheese, fine Japanese flour, fresh French butter and special baking methods to produce the delicious cheesecakes which are rich in taste and delicate in texture. The cheesecakes together with the cheese tarts and other quality products give our customers a high-quality bakery & pastry experience.
